All True.. But Jiraiya played a major role in Naruto getting to Sage mode, and he saw the good in Nagato and taught him humanity and mercy.. he is a bigger success than u think.. u need to dig deeper before u make judgements like that.

Out of the three choices I have to go with Jiraya, who trained Minato and Kakashi by way of Minato, and Naruto.

Orochimaru is too self-involved to be a good teacher.

And Tsunade for all I can remember has only trained Sakura if I'm not mistaken.
