Put aside screen time and jutsu and power levels for a sec. Let's look at how Sakura and Hinata responded to world threats when it came the men they loved--their resolve.

Sakura

War was knocking on Konaha's door on account of Sasuke. Sasuke must be killed to prevent war. The stakes were clear. Peace and the lives of thousands of ppl are on the line, including her loved ones. Her response:

All that f*cking drama for nothing.

Hinata

Her little sister has been kidnapped. Destruction is knocking on earth's door. She learns the truth about Toneri's plan and devices a plan to learn more and take him out. She has loved Naruto since she was a kid, but the world and her sister are at stake. Her response (@ 55 second mark:)

Put your feeling aside and fulfill the mission by any means necessary. Hinata stood firm where Sakura crumbled. Of course, Naruto had to save the day in the end in both cases, but I think Hinata's resolve to actually go through with the plan is commendable.

No hate. Just an observation.

Yeah, if you're gonna compare them, don't be so biased with your scenes. Sakura's love for Sasuke and him not caring about her clearly was having an affect on her during the Kaguya fight, and she still kept her resolve to challenge Kaguya, putting it out of her mind for the sake of the more important task. Their resolves are equal.

Yet Hinata hasn't gotten any freaking screen time during the whole anime. let alone do something special like killing an akatsuki member.

Sakura is a far better shinobi. How is this even argueable?

But she worries unnecessarily whether he cares for her or not .. I think this is the major drawback of her being insecure about Sasuke ..

Completely different contexts and circumstances. This thread is incredibly biased.

Yea....if you're gonna compare them, don't be so biased with your scenes.....Kaguya was an imminent danger and there was no way out...she was right there and Sakura had to help somehow......to actually sit and think of a plan that would result in you losing the person you loved and actually going through with it though? Hinata takes this it seems.

Saskura did not kill Sasori alone, if not Chio she would be long dead.

Dafuq did I read? Sasuke not caring about Sakura somehow affected Sakura's fighting against Kaguya?

So you think that walking away from a loved one (which is what many actually do in life) is conparible to killing your loved one with your own hands?

How is this biased when these are 2 clear examples taken straight from the manga. We all know the stories surrounding both incidences. Hinata went through with the plan. Sakura faltered.

Different contexts? Dude...the world was in imminent danger and they both could save it by doing something that would result in them losing the love of their lives. Sakura faltered. Hinata didn't.

BOTH are quite terrible. Both would've resulted in death. Sasuke's death in Sakura's case and her own death in Hinata's case. She was going to face a practical god alone. Both were essentially faced with losing the ones they loved to death. BOTH were heavy burdens. Hinata went through with it. Sakura faltered.

And how is that not a better feat than not getting any screentime?

Screen time did not help Sakura escape hatred towards her, because of her obsession towards Sasuke and inability to make difficult decisions. The comparison is not about screen time or fighting skills, it's about ability to make tough decisions and not being affected by your feelings
