Mangetsu, and you are all idiots of you think otherwise. He was able to use every sword of the 7 swordsmen, kenjutsu was his specialty. And the fact that he could use Samehada alone says he's powerful.

Without the Sharingan Mifune wins.

He is fast enough and skilled enough to make a monster like Hanzo be incapable of weaving hand seals so that limits Sasuke even more.
