Who's the best at using weapons?

This includes swords/kunai/explosives etc.

I'll have to say Killer Bee in using blades but overall Minato because of the use of his Kunai - he puts them to good use by planting seals on them and duplicating it. also scattering them across a battlefield like he done against A and Bee
