Just because a character can use a technique in conjunction with their taijutsu to make it stronger, doesnt change the fact that its still taijutsu

By that logic, I don't think anyone can rival Madara/Hashirama/Naruto in Taijutsu since Mukton, susano'o, and BM cloak and speed are used to enhance taijutsu. Are you telling me Obito's taijutsu even compares with those?

Susanoo & BM are still chakra based attacks, they arent attacking with fists & kicks

Obito uses taijutsu when he fights with kamui, just like the raikage fights with taijutsu using raiton armor...

The examples you posted are of people using ninjutsu (chakra based attacks). Since kamui is only defensive, obito has no choice but to use taijutsu. Unless he warps himself/somebody, then its ninjutsu.

I would Say Madara beats all in Taijutsu, hands down considering his mastery at hand to hand skills, when he defeated seasoned Senju ninjas without a Sharingan at a tender age of 11 or 12. Neji, Sasuke, Itachi, and Obito should be pretty good as well, given Byakugan and specially Sharingan's abilities.

Dude do you hate Sakura that much? Where is it stated that Tsunade is naturally strong and doesn't use chakra precision like Sakura

It is repeatedly mentioned by Jiraiya and Orochimaru during her introduction chapters about her 'natural monstrous strength'. It's increased tenfold through her chakra focus, as depicted by her feat when she picked Gamabunta's sword and drove it through Manda's mouth. I cannot believe, you don't know that.
