I think It's Itachi, here's why.
So here we basically see the most notable analyzing feat of Minato. Both feats are repeated through Kakashi and Itachi.
Here is Kakashi’s. As you can see it actually took Kakashi much longer to come to the conclusion that Minato did. However, at the same time Minato had a much closer, and better, experience for analyzing. This is mainly because he directly saw that Obito could Materliaze right after. Still this shows that Minato is probably above Kakashi in analyzing-though this is really the only reason why I think so.
Kakashi:
These scans above show how even with information on pain, Kakashi forgot and basically did the same thing that Naruto did; he forgot the information about linked vision and attacked pain.
We also see some great analyzing feats from him when he figures out Pain #1’s powers, but he did have to go through them and he saw it before. However, in order to figure out a counter he had to directly look at the interval.
What I’m trying to say is that Kakashi usually needs help to figure something out. Take Obito’s Kamui for example.

Now Itachi. Call me what you will, there is no denying that Itachi has shown the best and most feats in terms of analyzing between these guys-and maybe others.
First of all, a 13 year old Itachi was able to come to the same conclusion that Minato did, and he didn’t even face Obito directly. Some of you might say that Itachi was wrong and Minato was right about it being madara, but it doesn’t even matter because Minato’s sole reason for not believing that it was Madara was that he should be dead. If anything all this did was show that Itachi had more knowledge than Minato at age 13.
Itachi figured out Nagato’s linked vision and how to disable it faster than Kakashi could figure out Pain #1’s justu.
Itachi was able to figure out that Hashirama cells would enhance Koto. He was able to find a way to counter CT and how it worked as soon as it began. He knew that Edo Tensei wouldn’t stop if the user was killed. Itachi could literally analyze his opponents and their personality.
Let’s not forget that Obito stayed away from him while he went straight towards Minato and Kakashi.
There’s more feats from all three, but I think this sums up why I think what I think.
