Kurotsuchi, Mei and Konan are all stronger than Sakura. I could even made a case for the last one being stronger than Tsunade.

Guren is filler, Mito Uzumaki has little to no feats, add her and you might as well add Fu. Where is Kushina? And where is Temari? Tsume, maybe?
