If he was in perfect health (no dying from Rinne Tensei or loosing Juubi) and still had that tad bit of Rikudo chakra I'd say Obito. BUT either way if I could have either I'd still say Obito.

Post Kaguya Sasuke would definitely win though.

I'm just sayin' without plot armor Sasuke & Naruto would have died. And Obito was Sasuke's armor more than anyone in part 2 (except Itachi). They're both strong--I won't undersell it. But I won't say there's as much of a huuuuuuuuuuuuge gulf between them as some people say.
