I'd say it's debatable.

Tsunade and Mei got the experience and Meis elemental ninjutsu might be to much for Temari's.

exactly. Temari uses Wind Release.

Wind Strenghtens Fire.
Temari's wind stands no chance to Mei's Fire/Lava/Boil release
but instead would make Mei stronger.

Fire is strong against wind because the air feeds the flames but weak against water because it cools and smothers them.
Blaze Release is also strong against wind for the same reason, but is strong enough to overwhelm water by evaporating it.

that would be the key thing of this whole fight.

But Temari can control the winds she manipulates and I'm welling to bet that Futon could slice through Mei's elemental attacks.
