Who's stronger Natsu or Jellal

I've been watching the eps and i found some barriers that was blocking jellal from fighting with his full power with Natsu
1) He just fought some else
2) He didn't want to destroy the place they were fighing.

jellal is stronger i even think he couldn´t finish or use one magic in the end because he was still hurt from erza and natsu has no way of defeating him without random power up but since this is ft natsuu will always win with nakama punch in the end
