not true, he is now able to build nature chakra at a fast rate but it fades pretty fast. if you look at his training with Bee he goes in and out of Sage mode at his desire

Naurto would win, naruto already has more chakra then jiraiya without kyuubi and he doesnt need ma n pa he uses his shadow clone to get sage besides like some1 above said, naruto took out 5 of pains even though the 6th he turned into kyuubi bt 5 is enough and i mean jiraiya only took out 1 barely ...bt off course jiraiya is very very powerful

Even without the kyubi, kakashi said that narutos own chakra levels were three times more than his stemming from his being from the Uzumaki clan. Now naruto perfected his sage mode when jiraiya did not. Naruto doesn't even have toad features so he is a better sage than jiraiya. And he beat pain with his natural chakra from sage mode alone so I don't see how jiraiya is stronger even with narutos variations of the rasengan.

At this point in time, Naruto would beat Jiraiya. Perfected sage mode, multiple shadow clone gargantuan rasengan spam like he did on the Kyuubi. Let's not forget FRS.
