I see no reason why Hinata with Hamaru's power couldn't replicate the feat where she blocked the Juubi's hand being honest. I'm sure that would hurt pretty badly.

We don't have any feats of her Air Palm from the Last, nor her Adult version.

Plus, Hamura's chakra didn't really affect her at that time. However, the people who were with Sawyer (if you watched the Video), one of them named Captain Kurama asked Kishimoto what Hamura's chakra did to her overtime, he replied with "probably has alot of changes” to Hinata’s abilities" -- I can source it if anyone needs it.

Either way it's feat-less from the Last's version. And that was the last time Hinata had feats.

I think it's Hinata. Doesn't matter how big Choji can get, as Hinata's Air Palm can already deal with things as big as him. Her speed and combat are also superior, needless to say.

Yeah contrary to popular belief, Kishimoto doesn't mind giving female characters power ups. The problem is that he doesn't care to give them feats with it.

Nothing in her arsenal can stop Choji in that size and also without Kyuubi chakra assistant, her air palm is not that strong.

has mid ranged air palm[with greatest feat of pushing 30% kisame clone few metres].gentle fist and 64 palms[not proficient with it] and twin lion fist[featless but can drain chakra network as per as DB]
even chouji without BM will be in advantage here as hinata lacks speed and proficiency with her jutsu's
