Erm guys, ftg is great but its not the best thing ever, it only works if the seal is close to the opponent, jiraiya would know this and blast the seals away....

But it wouldnt be fair anyway to judge, minato died younge and jiraiya had alot more experience

(thats counting the fact he has to thro more then one kunai at the pei bodies the teleport to kill them cuz if it was nagato himself it be about 3 seconds)

u forget about pain's gravitational justus...even if Minato could get close to pain by teleporting, he would just be blown away everytime....i think it would be a close match, but in the end, i give the adantage to pain just cuz he seems to have a huge amount of chakra hence he is even able to fully controll six other bodies and perform insane justus through them...

In fact, the only way Minato could win, is if he could uncover the secret to pain faster than j-man did while avoiding all of pain's techniques..U_U

Well im gonna have to agree that jiraya has a lil more years under his belt, but if minato would not have died he would be pretty epic right now, so im giving this to jiraiya.

I also believe that jiraiya became stonger than minato but if minato had lived longer I am pretty sure that he would have surpassed his master.

Just becasue jiraiya taught Minato doesn't make him better. Various characters are always talking about how characters surpass their masters and Minato was a real legend. He created incredible jutsu and was able to seal away the kyuubi. Jiraiya is freaking awesome but the manga seems to suggest that Minato was able to always go that one step more and reach new levels... having said that on a few occasions many have a said Jiraiya was easily 'Hokage level' so maybe they are equals?

i think jiraiya! but then again minato died with so much potential undeveloped. so minato would definitely have surpassed jiraiya. minato was a genius wasn't he? and also, they're always saying that the new generation will always surpass the old.

o.0 experiences yes? but you and i know not to under estimate the fastest man in the world of Naruto o.0 Manito is like another Usian Bolt >.> all he has to do is Flash he wins o.0 in my opinion and plus Manito fight kyuuby o.0 like Jiraiya said he 2 times he came clost to dieing 1 by tusnade and the other by Naruto in coat form so if Manito fight kyuubi and jirayia almost die o.o i say manito jiraiya just fought half of kyuuby anyways o.0. well my friend i guess we have to wait till that bloody movie comes out yet year to see what Manito can do.

no way minato cant even touch nagato in 3 sec nagato could beat minato because minato cant even beat the nine tail nether can nagato but nagto has a beter chance of beating the nine then minato

Minato, Kakashi and Jiraiya are really in the same laugue. They are special ninja anyone might win in a battle between them. I mean there's the Space-Time Jutsu, but also a MS.. Sage Mode... And splendid ninja's!

Shikamaru had the ablity to kill Hidan, Sakura beat Sasori.. both prove of the fact that anything is possible..

I'll go for Minato, that's the only thing you asked right... hmph
