Who's smarter - Sasuke or Naruto?

Well guys, my question is who is smarter? Naruto or Sasuke? They both have some feats to brag about demonstrating their intelligence. Please state why.

I wouldn't say the Sasuke is smart after he set out to destroy what Itachi died trying to Protect ( Yes its Konoha ).

So I'll say Naruto is smarter now.

I'd have to say Sasuke, but I think Naruto is applying his knowledge and learning more than Sasuke.

Ehhh well depends how you mean, Narutos a bit thick when it comes to knowledge but he is more of a people person than Sasuke and both are quite smart in battle. Naruto has mastered shadow clones - Kakashi told him they are for spying only - using them in battle with various methods

Sasuke is said to be smarter and better observational awareness, but Naruto seems to have a nack and seeing enemies strength and using them against them to beat them. For example, how he beat the third raikage, and how he beat the absorption path, by making him suck up nature energy.

Sasuke is more intelligent period. Naruto never thinks for himself and always relies on other people for intel.
