OP: they are both right in the aspect of wanting peace, however Naruto's way of attaining it is a more liberating way for the shinobi world and would make everyone happy, Sasuke is trying to fix a kage system thats already formed an alliance, not just for the sake of their respected villages BUT FOR THE SAKE OF THE ENTIRE SHINOBI WORLD. Naruto is the backbone of this alliance representing what Shisui, Kakashi, and many others thought of peace for the shinobi world, care for your comrades and village as you do for yourself. Sasuke wants to take on the darkness alone and create peace, that is something that can never be achieved in NV

The five kages actually agree to his plan so by the end of the war they would probably make peace with all the five nations, there will be people who rebel but atleast Naruto's plan will last longer, even after his death the next generation of kages will probably follow their previous generation's methods and the five villages will probably be at peace for way longer than Sasuke's idea. Sasuke just want's to take over the village's and he doesn't give a f*ck about whatever others think because he thinks he can just solo all the rebellions. Sharingan can predict movements but if you don't have the reflexes to block the incoming attack then its useless to predict it.

Naruto's speed in RSM >> Sasuke's Reflexes.

Gamabunta could leap into the sky and then fall down on the bird and sit on it, or Bunta can use a Suiton jutsu to wet the birds wings so it can't fly.

Naruto can sense Amaterasu and his speed in RSM is more than enough to be able to dodge Amaterasu without any problems, plus if Sasuke covers himself in fire then Naruto can just use TBBFRS and kill him.
