Tsunade is very likely to be the only one that dies. The other kage's have no development to set up for a death other then the Tsuchikage, but his stoplight already ended with the Madara fight and he was generalized with the other four kage, while Tsunade, out of all of them, was the one to stand out.

I would've liked for her to die there too be honest, her death would have been really well setup that way, I feel like they kind of winged it with Orochimaru arriving and reviving her. She better do some epic heroic act that seals her fate but deals a huge blow to the enemy soon, or that entire Madara fight would have been for absolutely nothing.
