Who's prometheus in the Arrow TV Show?

Stopped watching Arrow 1 or 2 seasons back but, from a couple of youtube clips I know that there's villian called prometheus this season.

Now since Arrow loves giving the show The Batman vibe, I'm going guess and say that prometheus is Laurel. Flashpoint brought her back something like Jason Todd coming back and turning into an Antihero. They're going to do something similar with her.

What do you guys think?

I'd be mad AF if I was Oliver and some villain randomly showed up cause of some flashpoint shit lmao. I wouldn't be surprised though, that's a nice lil theory.

I'm two episodes behind on Arrow so I don't have a clue. I don't think it's gonna be Laurel. I was so glad when that shit with Laurel happened last season with Damien Dark. It might be Roy on that antihero/flashpoint theory you got going on
