In my opinion Naruto, because Tsunade seems like has only power of the punch, which i believe was explain in the manga. While Tsunade's power punch is amazing, Naruto has over all strength, he's not only able of punching extremely strong but use his all power if struggling with somebody or throwing somebody like your scans show.

Well, Tsunade can lift heavy things to as seen in my scan of her using Gamabunta's sword. Just saying.

Tsunade uses normal chakra to enhance her strength, and Naruto uses Senjutsu chakra to enhance his.

I think that it is obvious that Naruto in SM is stronger than Tsunade.

I'd go with Naruto... He's physically tougher than Tsunade, whereas Tsunade demonstrates her strength only in attacks...

And IMO SM Naruto should be able to guard Tsunade's attacks with relative ease...

I get that you need to knit-pick in order to choose, but that doesn't really mean anything. It would mean something when it comes to skill, but not physical strength. After all, Tsunade using medical ninjutsu. That's her primary study.

Well here's my take on it from your OP. Naruto can physically lift things while Tsunades punch is shattering you agreed her punch was stronger. Imma give this one to Tsunade simply because although Naruto can lift large objects, with Tsunades Punching power she can knock them back or obliterate them all together. Lets face it if she pokes you in the eye half of your face is gone.
