why the f*ck is kabuto so high up the list. Infact why is he even in the list. He isnt really an akatsuki member.

Anyway kabuto without edo tensei is low in the list. Tbh the only reason why he gets in the list is because of edo tensei and that tech would soon be useless because all the strong ninja's he's summoned have been sealed.

hes a match for the mizukage not km naruto naruto just arrived at that moment for all we know right when naruto came he might have fled

Fair enough, Naruto may have only just appeared and the clone was exhausted before even laying a hand on black Zetsu.. but being a match for a kage still earns black Zetsu some credits
