Kakashi or Shikamaru would be wise. Both have thier merits but i feel Shikamaru will be hokage. Naruto and Sasuke are to politically tied to the world to be bogged down by Hokage they will probly wnd up like Jiriya preaching a message of sorts and acting as protectors of their ideals
