sinister is defined as the ability to give the impression something negatively eventful will happen and madara has a much much more dangerous air than oro

diabolical is belonging to or to be called the devil and madara is closer to that than oro

Are we actually going to compare Orochimaru to someone who's evil as Madara:|.

Orochimaru's little experiments don't compare to someone who is responsible for the murderer of 40,0000. Someone who had countless times attacked Konoha. Someone who tried to kill his best friend, his partner and student. Someone who is trying to kill one of his Uchiha descendant. And someone who is trying to rule the world through force.

The biggest evidence is Kurama who's chakra was stated to be mass of hatred, yet Madara's far surpasses which means Madara's chakra is more evil than Kurama and Orochimaru.

Orochimaru is evil but Madara is much much much more evil.

You pulled that percentage out of nowhere. Not to mention that's called nothing but achieving your goal which anyone would do. Unlike Orochimaru, Madara kills people for fun which we can see in that he delays his plan just to have his fun time.

As I said, experimenting on kids does not compare to 40,000 people who died of Shinobi alliance due to Madara's violent creation of Zetsu. Same guy who had brainwashed a child and made him do all of this chaos just for the sake of reviving himself. Even more, Madara had killed more important people throughout the series than Orochimaru.

Orochimaru killed Hiruzen as character. Madara ordered the Juubi to kill Shikaku and HQ, he almost killed gokage and now the main character.

Orochimaru, though at the moment its a bit unclear but if u look at their past actions it should be Oro.

Granted Madara did kill more people most likely, but that was in a time of war, it was either kill or be killed.

On the other hand orochimaru kidnapped people (baby's) experemented on them, like in yamato's case, where he used 60 baby's as guinea pigs and only 1 survived :|, Madara never did such things , he fought because it was war and he had to defend his clan's honour and his clanmembembers.
