I have to say Orochimaru and Kabuto, since all the others were villains but all have positive motives...

He manipulated 2 kids their entire life. He tried to kill his best friend to gain his power and destroy his village and clan. He took people's free will away from them and plans to use them as medium to regrow the fruit and become the ultimate, immortal being. He stated he kills people for pleasure. He is the replica of Satan.

At least, all of the options have all been TNJ. Madara hasn't and I doubt he will.​

Orochimaru and then kabuto. Orochimaru is still imo the only truly evil character in the series and I hope they don't sugar coat him into some good guy.

Madara and Obito wanted peace through IT, but peace nonetheless.
Dazno was just a zealot but still had good intentions.
