Definately. Tsunade needs to take both her masks off.... her transformation jutsu mask and her chest mask aka her shirt.

THE SHIRT COMES OFF FIRST!!!!!

Then she can turn off her transformation jutsu and go back to her old and prune self.

Tsunade is age,you can speculated on Her present image on how She would look as in Her true age. Kakashi could have so many looks under the mask that you would have to think of every thing that is possible to exist under that Mask.
