Who do you think it is? Does she know who it is? Is she like "virgin" Mary and was impregnated by the juubi (by eating the fruit, since it carries the Juubi's seed, literally since it was a tree)? Any theories?

Why miraculously got pregnant out of nowhere, I mean, that sounds like something a Sixteen year-old girl would say when she comes home, and her mom confronts her..

Either it is:

- divine being/kami impregnating Kaguya to be reborned in human's skin to save humankind in human flesh from wrath of God Tree.
- Ten tails is Hagoromo's father
- Divine being turned himself into baby inside Kagyua to make her pregnant while being virgin so it in human flesh can save humankind.

Either way I believe Hagoromo Ootsutsuki had only human's body but his soul was either divine or kami's.
