Who's in your Top 5 fodder list

Any character with a name, who appeared a certain number of times to be recognized by the readers of this manga and that can be considered a supporting character did something relevant at one point or another. That's not fodder to me.
Having said that, minor characters such as the C (Ay's bodyguard) are the closest to fodder.
Off topic:
The hate on Hinata is strong here (what a surprise
), if it wasn't for her getting stomped by Pain, Naruto wouldn't have gone wild and Obito would've completed his plan. That's relevant right there.
Ino is the one making communication possible between the Alliance and everyone when she used Mind Transfer on Obito to make the Juubi shoot the TBB somewhere far away. Far from fodder.
Shino played a small part during part 1, fighting Kankuro himself and allowing Sasuke to take care of Gaara. Not much but definetly not fodder.
Kiba did something similar when he fought Sakon + Ukon, dividing the Sound 4, so he ain't fodder either.
