Who's got the best susano alright now we know a number of people with susano rank the 1st best to the least

Also itachi susano gets big and has legs but can't fly

Indra and Sasuke definitely have the strongest susanoos, indras PS is huge, seeing how its head alone is the size of something as large as the kurama avatar,, and sasukes Susanoo is amplified by hagoromos chakra, and is one of the most mobilie susanoos

just so we are clear, the only true difference in PS are whether they have wings or 4 arms. as far as defensive abilities goes, susano of the same level have the same defensive ability. it has never been proven otherwise. but the wings give an added maneuverability to the susano. for that reason all PS susano with wings are the same. i assume indras PS has wings.
