I liked Rukia's Bankai design a lot.
As for Byakuya, his earlier design was far better IMO...

ichigo rocking the white soul reaper outfit underneath those garments. i like rukia's bankai, but it's not a permanent change so i won't count it. i don't really like byakuya's new outfit. i do like uryu's as well though, but other star knights have similar attire so.

My favourite new look is Kuchiki Byakuya.
