Hmmmmm.
It depends on how you look at it. If you mean TRUE STAMINA, not "just" chakra (physical energy helps 1/2 to make Chakra, but chakra isnt exactly physical energy) I think Rock Lee would take it.
The only reason Naruto would win an endurance battle of Gai or Rock Lee is b/c of Karuma. Uzumaki's great chakra compasity is another good reason he would put up a fight with Lee/Gai in endurance, but I've seen Naruto run out of energy fighting alot of shinobi. Even with his Uzumaki heritage, he has been shown to run out of energy and need the 9 Tails energy to keep him fighting. Rock Lee specifically--He has endurance that will allow him to continue to fight EVEN COMPLETELY DRAINED OF ENERGY AND UNCONSCIOUS. Crazy feat, from years of training his muscles, no tailed beast or special DNA. I love them Taijutsu useing idiots lol. Take away the 9 Tails and Rock Lee might outlast Naruto, seriously, no troll.
