Who's getting/got most trolling powerup apart from sasuke?

Sasukes out of the question really beacuse eton spam is an obvious powerup including EMS. Naruto too

Who do you thinks got the next trolling power up or who do you thinks going to get a power up?

Its possible that minato may use 9tails chakra but when the host dies the chakra goes too so it may be false. Who do you think?

Indeed. If Gaara learned to control Shukaku. He'd > Naruto in my opinion. Sand based attack > Normal Chakra based attacks.
