Who's foot ateps towards sasuke?

i know a lot of you will throw the idea away as soon as you read this but...I believe the ninja who's foot is shown in the last page of the latest manga is........Kabuto,and here's why 1.The foot is dirtied as if the person was just in a fight. 2.theres only 2[possibly 3 including juugo]that aren't wearing shoes right now. 3.Karine and juugo are still a ways away from Sasuke......soo what do you guys think?
