who's faster enel or Kizaru ??

now they both use the speed of light

I imagine it would be Kizaru but honestly the whole Kizaru speed thing just seems flawed to me

If he legit moved at the speed of light he could have taken out so many of WB's fighters without them even noticing

He is fast but his speed doesnt rly live up to his DF

I think he needs to turn into light before he goes at his light speed which takes quite some time otherwise he wouldn't lift his hands when Ben Backman pointed a gun at him (he wasnt scared but had a reaction to it non the less). Also I think he needs to predetermine a route to travel at that speed because once you go that fast there is no way in hell a humans mind can comprehend where one is going (humans simply cant think that fast, also Kizaru looks kind of slow to boot) so one would just bump into everything, and predetermining that route takes time too and you camt do it instantly

I imagine its similar for Enel

he had to gather more photons to make it lethal and act like laser

Well... The speed of light is over 20 times the speed of lightning. However Kizaru must predetermine a route and become his logia form before travelling at the speed of light.
In a race: Kizaru
In a fight: Eneru

This is really tricky coz logically Kizaru should b but with what I've seen Enel is faster but this Cld just b bcoz Kizaru is a troll(not insulting) he acts slow when he Cld b the fastest in 1pis while Enel is the hyperactive kind of guy(like Ussop).

kizaru can move at light speeds using Yata no kagami, traveling as light.

Enel is lighting speed when travelling as lightning, and lighting is relatavistic, which is close to light speed but still below it. And nothing with mass can travel at light speed including electrons and plasma.

It's obvious why kizaru has to turn logia/into light to travel at light speeds. But his light still has to bounce of objects for him to travel.

If we're just counting speed levels then kizaru is obviously faster.
