Who's faster? Hokage Naruto (Base) or Lightning Cloak v2 Ay?

I know KCM Naruto is faster than Lightning Claok v2 Ay.
This thread is about Hokage Naruto (Base) and Lightning Cloak v2 Ay.

Hokage Naruto's blitz barely counts because he out classes Shin at every angle in that sense. Though I would say his base Shunshin is unparalleled outside of Sasuke's (in base).

Naruto has Rikudo chakra from the sage which boosted his physical abilities.

I'm quite sure his speed is above ay in base as an adult.

Impossible to determine, as Naruto hasn't been put into similar situations as Ay. It is possible for a base mode ninja to be as fast as lightning armor Ay.(Minato) That being said, we don't know, so I'll assume hokage Naruto is slower until we receive any evidence that he could be as fast or faster.

Hard to answer until we see base Naruto fight A or at least until we see his capabilities. I think it's possible for Naruto to be faster since it depends on who has the larger chakra reserve, chakra control, and who mastered their use of it. A had Bijuu level chakra but Naruto's reserve has alway been high and will only increase as he aged into his prime plus Hashirama's cells further boost stamina and power of jutsus. I see Naruto having much more chakra than A has, just look how much Nagato had when he wasn't even in his prime. Naruto had 12 years to master his use of Shunshin in base, SM, and varied Bijuu modes.

This answer really depends on whether or not people choose to believe Hokage Naruto is stronger in all areas compared to his war arc KCM form. Seeing as how he should be stronger than that, I believe that he could be just as fast as Ay now or at least have the reaction speed to fight against him evenly.

Not sure, adult Naruto hasn't shown enough feats for a solid answer. Although Rikodou chakra should make him faster, although not for sure if base has equal or greater speed to manga KCM.
