Kid Buu easily busted planets and so did Beerus.
Beerus used more strength vs Goku but he didn't bust earth since the attack was controlled,the waves destroyed other planets since they were uncontrolled(stars were busted).

Well, enough of the stupid philosophy. If there is only one deity, there would be no reason for it to have gender.

Anyway, I'm going to be that guy and say Deidara's suicide bomb was stronger. It had a 10km radius, which was larger than Vegeta's. In terms of destructive power, it's hard to judge. Sure, Vegetasplosion destroyed Buu, but Buu has the durability of a marshmallow.
