I see it like this, If we factor in their natural bodies with their jutsu/techniques (them overall) his body is inferior to Sakura's but if we're going on the primus of their natural genetic makeup then Sakura's body is inferior.

I don't think he could tank the acid Sakura tanked or being impaled by a chakra rod, I mean nether if those things would kill him though.

The only difference it would make is that Sakura would heal from the attack (which also depends where it hits), while the Raikage would die if hit in a vital point, but in terms of durability, the Raikage far outclasses her, as the latter only got a small wound from Chidori, and Sasuke's hand couldn't even completely penetrate his body due to how durable it was.

She didn't tank either of those, though. The rod pierced right through her and the Acid burned her skin on contact.

acid haha my body can endura acid that is not feat and chakra road pierced her but she used regeneration

Sakura didn't tank the chakra rod, she healed from the wound. As for the acid, I believe ay would tank it easily.

There is a possibility that ay could tank FRS sakura can't tank an attack like that her regeneration would be rendered useless by it since it severs chakra networks and disintegrates its victims.

4th Raikage by feats though Tsunade can take lot more hits with her Byakugou active(its only temporary boost though it cant last very long as long as she is taking damage)

Seconds after both incidents her body went back to its original unharmed state. She tanked it.
