There's that one feat whereas Sasuke outspeed JJ Madara who's superior to that Naruto in everything, basically he's fast enough to do this speed feat of reaching this high up in the sky where we can literally see the curve of the planet in a matter of seconds.

Nope failed Sasuke never outspeed Madara. Madara went to take kakashi eyes that was his goal after that he stopped and waited idk where u get Sasuke out speeding him when he clearly just ran up to him to cut him while Madara was only focused on getting to the other dimension. Excluding Guy/Lee who usually operate on pure foot speed in combat, most ninja rely on shunshin for speed purposes. It would be extremely hard if not impossible to make a foot speed tier list and have it be supported by the manga.

Canonical portrayal has proven time and time again that Sasuke is incredibly fast, whilst Naruto's KCM and BM augmentations proved to be no trouble for base Madara and Obito to follow. Heck, even his augmentations cannot compare. This dude was man-handled repeatedly despite being "oh so fast!" in KCM and BM.

The proof is right there. Every attempt from Naruto to land a hit on Madara was blocked with ease. Whilst Sasuke was successful. The only time Naruto landed a hit was when she was so low on chakra, when before that, she was was putting all his clones in the dumpster.

The denials are delicious and comical, though.

Thats not true. Post SM base Naruto was faster than Kakashi who had same base speed stat as Sasuke.
