Madara stopped only for a moment to implant that sharingan only to find Sasuke behind him.(remember that Madara can also sense yet it was too late when he found out that Sasuke reached him)
Madara was stationary when Sasuke had caught up to him so the scans you provided don't support Sasuke being faster... or rather logically they cannot support that idea. Catching up to a stationary target does not prove that you are faster then it.
Obviously Madara was flying ahead of Sasuke for some time, and Sasuke covered that distance in less time, hopefully this helped. :sdo:

C-Explains When Sasuke actually started running towards Madara, in a time where Madara was already shown near Kakashi.
