Oh don't get me wrong. boa is hardly as annoying as sakura. I just don't think she has as much character development as sakura. She's not supposed to. Sakura is a main character. Boa is like... Tiertary? 4th? Idk one of those.

Sakura had more character development? Did we even get to see her backstory? WHat has she ever done other than running and crying after Sasuke? She doesn't even have her own jutsu, just another copy of Tsunade
