I would pick Kakashi's swordplay over Itachi any day. Kakashi has been handling a blade since he was a kid. Also was able to take out the 7 ninja swordsmen of the mist with Zabuzas blade... so id put him in front of Zabuza as well

The 7 swordsman power are mostly from the swords abilities

I'd say either Bee, Mifune, or Mangetsu. Recall, Mangetsu mastered all 7 swords, that is quite a feat. And Bee obviously with his 8 swords at once, and Mifune with his "no ninja can do no jutsus on me" swordsmanship.

Mifune is strong as well, able to make a shinobi not able to cast ninjutsu

mifune, his sword slashes are so fast that the blade will not be stained by a single drop of blood. then bee, he wrecked sasuke with those 8 swords.
