Who's a better Shinobi? Shikamaru vs Shino

Inspired by my Naruto vs Sasuke thread I decided to make this one. Who do you think is a better Shinobi? Shikamaru or Shino?

lol I don't expect this one will be as popular due to the two having a very small fanbase.

OT: Shikamaru, they're about the same in strength but Shikamaru is more intelligent and has gone through more.

I've always held a liking to Shino, but he doesn't get enough screen time.

But by feats, I'd have to give it to Shikamaru.

That would actually be an awesome matchup. Shinos bugs sense chakra so it's possible they might be able to sense the shadows he's manipulating but they also cast shadows. Shikamarus a genius but Shino isn't dumb either. I give it to Shikamaru simply because his intelligence is such an x factor.

I have to say Shikamaru despite me being a fan of both.

Shikamaru deserves much credit. From what they've showed he appears to be the better shinobi. But they haven't shown much of Shino. and Shino also deserves credit cause the little that they've showed of him he shows great strenght and intelligence also. It's just that Shino is more in the background. Shikamaru also relies on Ino and Choji alot too.
