Whom do you think she was visiting at the hospital? I believe she was visiting Hide. I think Kaneki injured him really badly (ate him but not to death), and now Hide is in coma at the hospital, just like Shinohara.

I dont think Kaneki will die though. There is a bigger purpose in his existence that I don't believe can be achieved through his death :|

I don't see him dying as well. He's not even close to achieving his goals. And more importantly, he can't die until he is shipped with Touka.

Seidou is the half ghoul Haise was fighting all this time, he was a former CCG that last time we saw him, he was fighting Tatara.
