On the last page of the last chapter we saw the entire shinobi army arriving and ready to fight. Most of those ninja will not have any impact on this war at all and will get wiped out in an instant by Madara, Obito, the Juubi, or Gedo Mazo. If you can not see the ninjas face in the picture below most likely they will be the first ones to die with maybe the exception of a couple of side ninja.
