Probably, Yamato was there to enhance all zetsu's army.
Now there are almost none Zetsus left, so the spiral one is using Yamato's body as it's main source of power.

Lol, I don't think anyone is talking from behind the mask. It's spiral Zetsu talking all along, and he is probably just absorbing powers from the one inside him.

It's obvious how he knew the cursed seal as white Zetsu has watched Sasuke vs Itachi..

Why do you keep saying this? The one Itachi thought was Madara, that was clearly Obito, because he placed the Amaterasu seal in Sasuke to activate on contact with his eyes.

The one Kisame met was the same as the one Itachi met. So end of story.

Its Yamamoto. Its obvious. The panel after the curse seal is reducing, you can see an Argghhh ughhh... coming from the guy inside Spiral Zetsu. And that is Spiral Zetsu talking the whole time.

The hair is dark and short. That makes it Yamamoto or Obito and obviously Obito is dealing with another situation right now so that narrows it.
