Limbo doesn't stomp him. To sasuke, they are just Shadow Clones(with a few strenghts and weaknesses). Sasuke can see those things. Clearly. They even have a timeout period. Besides, ameno would also work on limbo clones.

why would sasuke ameno a limbo, to get seriously injured by the others?
