i will say madara at this moment. everybody who said pein i disagree it appear naruto beat all six so that make naruto stronger then him. so right now is madara and naruto. as for sasugay fan i would say naruto stronger then him zetsu mention it, but madara mention something so soon sasuke might get stronger, so at this rate naRuto is stronger if noT I'AM!!!!
