I also reckon the crew needs another devil fruit/haki user. Having 3 people with Haki, and 4 devil fruit users isn't enough...

some of the old fans (including me) still kind of divide the SHs into two groups, the core 5 members that joined in East Blue and the other 4 that joined after entering the GL, new members joining after the TS would create a third group and a much bigger divide because the 9 members that we have now all went trough the TS, they all spent 2 years preparing so they as a team can be stronger for the NW, they went trough some very key moments for the SHs together like fighting the Kuma and Kizaru and their splitting up which was probably the most important moments for the SH crew and it changed them as a crew, they were Luffy's Nakama when they found out about Ace, ...

I know that Oda would make it work but that does not change the fact that that divide would be there

The crew is perfect i dont want any of the crewmates to have been left behind. I hope Sugar or Rebecca joins. Sugar and Chopper would be the cutest duo ever!

I don't think Sugar joins, because her power is too complicated. Besides, in a fight she can win in one touch. Oda must go through crazy lengths to keep thinking of ways why she wouldn't win instantly every fight. On top of that the whole 'erased from all minds' is just waiting for a plothole to happen, way too complicated.

Current crew is fine, It's more that there are a lot of potential candidates that I don't want to join. If I can pick anybody from Dressrosa, I hope Violet or Kyros would join. And I hope Kyros is a big big dude with a Franky build but in proportions and fights with a 2 handed sword.

Like many people have already said I love the SH crew just how it is. All nine members have brought something to the crew that was needed. And I don't see a need for someone else to join the crew at this moment in time. Here's the Crew at the moment...

1. Luffy- Captain
2. Zoro- The Swordsman.
3. Sanji- The COOK.
4. Nami- The Navigator.
5. Chopper- The Doctor.
6. Fraky- The Shipwright.
7. Robin- The Archaeologist.
8. Usopp- The Sniper.
9. Brook- The Musician.

I think they will stay at 9 maybe 10 whenever or not Jinbe takes Luffy up on his offer. Remeber he was invited to join the SHP, but declined due to having unfinished business of still being affiliated with Big Mom; however, he promised that once he was ready, he would return to Luffy again and request to join his crew. So I expect after they deal with BM Jinbe makes 10. And then after that Luffy will depend on alliances. That's a big part of the story Luffy making friends everywhere he goes around the world. No Fleet can stand up to that IMO.

I hope Momonoskue and Kinemon join though... but I think Kinemon will die. I want Momo to join because of his awesome Zoa, it'd be a real waste to let something as rare and creative as a Dragon Swordsman leave.

But if I had a gun to my head and had to choose, Brooks. He doesn't really offer much to the crew, he's kind of just there... a music is hard to communicate through manga.

He's basically a mix of Sanji and Zoro. I don't hate him, it's just that I'm not as impressed with him compared to the other member as a Strawhat. Maybe if he adopted more 'spirit' moves like the one where he sends out his soul, that would be cool. I just dislike there being 2 swordsman in 1 crew.

but he's like 7 years old, he is useless atm and I personally don't like the idea of a 7 year old kid eventually be stronger than 17 yo Luffy, which Momo would have to be if he wanted to be in Luffy's crew

and he said hi dream is to be the Shogun of Wano so why would he not return there? that'd be like someone wanting to become the president by leaving the country
