From Hashirama you could lear how to build up your chakra(wood is kekegenkai)
From Tobirama you could learn the sacred jutsus
From Hiruzen the "Profesor" you could learn the most from him beacause he knows all the Leafs jutsu
From Minato you could learn sealing and FTG
From Tsunade medical ninjitsu and chakra punch
From Kakashi idk he didnt teach team 7 (teamwork, sasuke chidori, and climbing trees ohh and catching cats)
So i would go with Hiruzen he knows lots and lost
