Who wrote this chapter?kishi or kakashi fanboy#1?

I can't help but feel some hardcore kakashi fanboy wrote this chapter...Obito coming back from the dead..giving kakashi both his sharingans, telling him to be the rokudaime hokage....Naruto is without a doubt way stronger than kakashi even with two sharingans...can't help but feel that naruto should be the nxt hokage instead of kakashi especially since both naruto and sasuke are too over powered to go for any S-rank miissions...

i don't care about the rest but that thing like ''obito coming back'' i think it's just like so6p even tho he is dead he can send his soul through time and watch or whatever and came as a ghost or some shit. i think it's the exact same thing just like how so6p gave naruto and sasuke those powers that's how obito gave the sharingan to kakashi.
