Who writes the anime plot?

I'm getting tired of this anime to be honest. Like it's not even believable anymore.

A supposed jounin was there, Someone wants to kill himself. Calls genin to talk him down and sends one genin in by himself when a simple genjutsu would have knocked the civilian out.

It's like there really is no effort being put in these stories. I'm tired. Naruto used to be a peak anime/manga. You could argue about it in the same sentence as other top ones. But now Imagine bringing boruto up in the same sentence as hero academia or attack on Titan to name a few. Ones that have you hooked from the very first episodes. I'm 42 episodes into boruto and I feel nothing.

They know they can milk this forever. A serious episode here, lots of filler there and OG fans will eat it up. Sigh

that's why the manga exists. Manga-wise boruto story is very interesting since it's the main plot. the anime is stalling so it can buy time which sacrifices quality. try the manga u won't be disappointed

Kodachi and Kishimoto are just supervising it so... they're not really involved in the plot of the episodes..
I don't want to think what happens if the anime takes over the manga :|

Mostly Kodachi is the author behind the plot and is pretty much the brain, Kishimoto is both supervising Manga and Anime, but Kodachi is doing the same supervising to the anime.
