MS Sasuke w/ Susanoo and Pain Arc SM Naruto are around the same level. In a no intel fight it would probably be a 5/5 or 6/4 on Sasuke's side. With full intel things would go differently and he would have a chance with War Arc SM Naruto. All of this without counting Kurama of course.

The real issue here is at that Naruto already mastered Sage Mode and perfected his technique meanwhile, Sasuke lost to the Kages with an untrained MS. Naruto was CLEARLY stronger than him up until Sasuke got Ems. Naruto has more discipline and training with his power than MS Sasuke ever had. He completed mastery of his MS in the War Arc after getting EMS which allowed him to fully develop his powers without strain, pain, blindness, and physical drawbacks

Any SM version of Naruto bar the obvious modes augmentations are slaughtered by Hebi Sasuke and above. Speed, Genjutsu, dexterity, better reflexes ... Sasuke has it all. This is the post I made in the versus section. SM Naruto's and MS Sasuke's parts should apply:

He was faster than V1 Ae and has better reflexes. FRS is a cake walk to dodge by Sasuke. All Naruto can manage are two FRSs' and his fruity ass is out.

Pein stabbed two Naruto clones; they winced and thudded to the ground and FRS was still coming ... Naruto was being handled easily as well. To even think that Sasuke would not manage that, the guy who outsped Deidara's C2 bomb's detonation velocity (more than 3 times the distance Minato covered in his best alive feat), and (once heaed by Karin) V1 Bee by 6 times the reflex action, it would be sheer stupidity to assume otherwise, when Bee agrees that Sasuke was faster than him. So that would be the manga's verdit over anyone else's:

He showed faster reactions than Ae, when he dodged and landed a hit on Ae using 3T. That means his reactions are 2 times faster than V1 Ae. And no, Bee didn't kill him twice because of speed:
1- His word got deflected because of lack of intel - he didn't know Bee had Raiton. Yet, he was still faster, because he ran Raiton through his body before Bee's sword stabbed him when Bee had already launched an attack. I wonder why people deliberately miss that?
2- Sasuke didn't know his genjutsu would be overcome by a Jin.

based off the feats SM Naruto perfromed against Pain and Sandaime Raikage, i'm not inclined to believe he wouldn't win eventually. MS Sasuke's durability and wasn't really exceptional, Naruto has the means of avoiding MS Sasuke's best jutsu, Sasuke has no means of avoiding clone feints, and there's probably nothing stopping Naruto from body slamming Sasuke's avatar, and MS tech spammage and upkeep would've destroyed Sasuke's already dwindling eyesight. There's already too many reasons MS Sasuke was highly likely to lose and that Zetsu wasn't wrong for saying Naruto was probably better.
i see you aren't hip to the fact that Naruto was actually talking about him becoming aware of Sasuke being a transmigrate and not being inferior.

Your point is not even worth calling moot, when Genjutsu specalists such as Orochimaru and Chee were floored by 3T Genjutsu from Sasuke. A Sharingan Genjutsu CANNOT be dispelled. You need outside help for it. This is an argument set in stone via the manga and the databook. Naruto dispelling it is a damned fiction. It isn't happening. Period.
Itachi's Genjutsu is only superior at MS level, not below it, which is the comparison Danzo created. Try to, at the very least, understand the context.

And Naruto said himself that he couldn't beat Sasuke at him current level so I say Sasuke would win.

you forget sasuke progressed after the kage summit clashes as we saw against danzo and later on. he unlocked his soosano version all the way its final stage against kakashi. sage mode naruto in pein arc gets bodied by Ms sasuke at full strength with his final soosano. he only surpasses that sasuke during the war arc.

I dont forget anything. Naruto mastered and improved Sage Mode when he tracked Sasuke down. Everything war arc Sage mode did he could do then. After that he put his ALL into training for KCM. His last SM training was right after Pain before Tobi interrupted him.
MS sasuke went blind right when he unlocked the cloaked Susano'o. He had no mastery of his doujutsu. He COMPLETED his Susano'o in the war Arc and thats when he displayed kagatsuchi and honed it against Kabuto, Juubi clones etc.

You people dont get Sasuke at all. He said he could care less about Naruto his target are the 5 Kage.
Also Naruto was talking about the "Indra" inside him. The generation blood war. Sasuke himself in his anxiousness went to get itachi eyes because he too knew he needed more strentgh to beat Naruto. Naruto is just more modest and Sasuke is bull headed and a tough guy.

Tbh Genjutsu is the only way Sasuke would gain the upper hand. With Naruto it is Frog Fu. Neither have a counter for the other. Everything else can be avoided/blocked.
Ps. Naruto would need Ma and Pa genjutsu to counter Genjutsu. Not to mention his many Tiad summons.

Naruto. MS Sasuke has very low stamina. Amaterasu and Genjutsu can be countered by sensing + clone feints or simply closing his eyes.
Sage Mode can be entered using clones, Naruto doesn't have to use it himself. IC Sasuke isn't going to fire Amaterasu from the start.
Frog Song ends it.

Since i was last here, i re-evaluated the battle, & came across more reasons of why Sasuke would win, & speed was a big point. I'll share it some other time though.

Your comment is mostly wrong. Notice how the OP said at this level, meaning Kage Summit Arc Naruto Vs Sasuke. You mentioned stuff that happened after the Kage Summit, & you tremendously over-hyped Naruto.
He was fighting the Kyuubi within his subconscious, which is why he could create a bunch of clones, & have them enter Sage Mode. His real body was sitting still, continously gathering Nature Energy.
In a real battle, outside his body, Naruto already stated he can't use many clones while in Sage Mode. Don't ignore that.
Anyway, i re-evaluated the battle, & have new reasonings of why Sasuke would win. Many things in which you haven't thought about.
I'll post someother time when i feel like it. Probably in my own thread.
