Idk man. Hinata's a master of gentle fist. Kakashi isn't tangling with someone in a taijutsu battle. Sharingan Kakashi was always a mid-range fighter. At his current level he's at a disadvantage. Genjutsu won't work since she has byakugan. His reported 1000 jutsu list we've never seen doesn't factor. Losing to sharigan was detrimental to him.

Who said he needs to engage her in a taijutsu combat, even if he does out-skill and out manoeuvres her. He has faster reactions, agility and a much better overall stats that Sakura - who only knows how to dive forward with a single "deadly" punch. His knowledge of ninjutsu is another reason why he godstomps her. Raikiri/double lightning blade/rasengan and 1000+ more ninjutsu. He has a lot more chakra than her, being able to use MS 5/6 times without naruto's help. And it's funny how Sakura still has no way to counter his genjutsu.
